I love Cheeseburgers. The beef, the cheese, the combination just kills. Can I let you in on a secret?
I’m not the only one!
Several foodbloggers have brainstormed up some awesome cheeseburger remixes that are absolutely delicious. Did you know you can make cheeseburger pasta? Soup? Casserole? Yup, and more. Here are a few of my favorite cheeseburger recipes:
There’s really nothing like a good, hearty meal on a lazy morning. Rich and filling, there will be no danger of a sugar crash when you choose a savory breakfast. Plus, when you decide to serve breakfast for dinner, you won’t feel like you skipped right ahead to dessert. (more…)
The end of winter is near; but that damn stomach bug going around has come home to roost anyways. Try one of these healing potions to kill the recovery time and get back to life’s twists and turns quicker. (No canned chicken noodle soup here.)
Fishy Friday & Taco Tuesday Mashup = Fish Tacos! It’s either instant love or immediate disgust, not too much in between. Here is a sampling of some of Pinterest’s most popular Fish Taco recipes. (more…)
Ditching the meat once a week can do your health, your bank account, and the planet a lot of good. So whether you’re interested in getting healthy, saving money, or trying to save the world; you just can’t go wrong with a vegetarian dish!
Gobble gob gobbie gobbob gobble! (that’s turkey for what is wrong with you, don’t eat me!) But for real, Happy Thanksgiving! I ADORE Turkey day, it’s something I look forward to all year long, and enjoy so very much. The following is what our family is planning on enjoying this year, and going to have to work off til Christmas dinner, haha!
DaBaby is due this week, and we spent the past weekend running around like crazy between playgroup coordinator meeting, grocery shopping, a birthday party, cleaning/re-organizing, AND prepping these meals. I am sure Ry is ready for this baby to be born so we can slow down a little, haha.
Again, to ensure that we aren’t eating terribly horrible the entire time we are adjusting to having 3 babies, we are prepping some meals for the freezer to make as needed. (Hoping more than 1 friend makes us a meal this time!)
Sigh; the bane of every SAHM’s day would be the shows their kids get attached to. Most of Jam’s don’t bother me, but Cailou is a love/hate thing. I feel that he has taught a lot of good things (beig kind to others, sharing, kindess to animals, being the big brother, etc) but sometimes the twinge of Cailou’s voice is just not bearable…
Today he was watching on PBS, and they made Pizza’s with the twins, which inspired tonight’s dinner:
Jam turns 5 today; OMG, how did that flipping happen?!? He is growing into such an amazing man, and I am so blessed to be able to watch him grow and change every day. 😥
Since we are about to move (YAY! FINALLY!!) We decided to skip the party this year (being 9 months preggo helps with that too, lol) and go camping! He’s never really been before so we are all super excited for it. Of course, since he’s the special guest, he gets to choose the meal on his actual day, and being a 5 year old boy, he wants cake and pizza, lol.
I have a very Irish background, but am a true American mutt in which I can’t truly claim any one heritage as my one true heritage. However, when I must choose one, it’s usually Irish, they have the beer, temperament and strength that Imost identify with.
We are official past Peanut’s due date now; and are just waiting on her arrival. However, since we’ve got that nesting energy, might as well be productive. Below is a list of meals we will be preparing for the freezer tomorrow, so that we have an alternative to take out after she arrives and we don’t want to actually cook.
