Currently :: January 2016
This entry is part 1 of 10 in the series Currently

January starts a new year, one in which I hope to grow my blog and increase posting frequency. One of the easiest ways to kill two birds with one stone is to join link up prompts.
One of my Peonies shared one today on our group’s post link up that looked simple and active.

Anne and Jenna host a “Currently” monthly link up with 5 words to describe what the writer is doing at that moment in their lives.

January’s prompts are: resolving, reading, organizing, loving, and craving.

As mentioned before, I want to post more consistently on the blog. My goal for the year is 365 posts for 2016. I am still working on backdating posts from the past 8 years as well, since the hacking deleted a ton of my content a while back.

I’ve been reading oodles of blog improvement, social media tactics, search engine placement tips, post prompt ideas, and more articles.
I am doing what I can to produce better content, while staying true to myself.

Blogging printables, calendars, business plans, image folders, branding styles, tags/categories/taxonomy, recipes, and more. There’s piles and piles on my desk at the moment, no pretty Pinterest worthy views right now, haha.

As always; family, God, coffee, blogging, and music.
If you’ve never tried North Pole Roasting company coffee, you are missing out. My favorite is the St. Nickerdoodle.

Chocolate, anything chocolate. I’ve been a bit stressed out lately, and my bad habit is stress eating.

Thank you for hosting Anne and Jenna; and thank you Mary, for pointing me in the direction of the link up!

So what are you currently up to?

A new month means that it’s time for another Currently. This link up is a regular look into the author's daily life and thoughts.

A Military Spouse stationed in the middle of nowhere. Emma loves to cook for her family (while dodging dirty dishes). She is blessed to be a stay at home mom with 3 kiddos. She is passionate about cloth diapering, car seat safety, breastfeeding, homeschooling, frugal living, babywearing, and her Christian faith. More Molly Messy than Susie Homemaker, she has been trying to improve her housekeeping and related skills.
