There’s really nothing like a good, hearty meal on a lazy morning. Rich and filling, there will be no danger of a sugar crash when you choose a savory breakfast. Plus, when you decide to serve breakfast for dinner, you won’t feel like you skipped right ahead to dessert.

  • Amish Breakfast Casserole

  • Avocado Breakfast Burrito

    Avocado Breakfast Burrito
These burritos are great to make a double batch on Sunday and then throw in the freezer for the fastest and most delicious busy week day breakfast. All you have to do is cook them in the microwave for a minute or two or until they’re hot and perfect.

  • biscuits & gravy

Buttermilk Biscuits and Chicken Sausage Gravy
These biscuits and sausage gravy are a little lighter and healthier than your typical diner version, that are made with shortening and heavy cream. Since I don’t ever use shortening, these are made with real butter and since I still have to zip my dress, I used chicken sausage and 1% milk. Don’t worry, even though they are different, the flavor is the same, maybe even better!
  • Ham & Cheese Waffles

    Ham, Cheese, and Spinach Waffles
Ham and cheese waffles are delicious for breakfast lunch or dinner. Serve them with fried eggs and top Hollandaise sauce for an amazing feast!
  • Egg in a Bagel Hole

    Egg in a Bagel Hole
I’ve upped the nutritional ante by including fresh spinach that gets quickly wilted in the same pan you cook the egg and topping the whole lot with a sprinkling of grated cheese. The spinach and cheese are optional; even without them, Egg in a Bagel Hole remains a nourishing meal.
  • breakfast enchiladas

    Breakfast Enchiladas
Who says enchiladas are just for dinner? flavored with bold Mexican flavors, like fresh red bell peppers, salsa verde, fresh cilantro, and chopped avocado. The cheese sauce comes together with only six ingredients, and helps take this crowd-pleasing casserole to the next level in flavor and fill.
  • Fried Egg BLT

    Fried Egg BLT
