Once a month I talk about what’s going on in my life at that moment with Currently posts, and then the kids get a monthly post where they get to shine; this post is where Ry gets to take over for a day each month. Hosted by Betsy and Laura, TGBTB linkup is on the last Thursday of each month if you’d like to join up too! (They have since ended the linkup..) Plus it means I get to spotlight this amazing man I have been blessed to share my life with for the past 15 years ūüėČ

In case you are new around here: Ry and I were high school sweethearts, married after I graduated high school, he enlisted in the USAF, and our first kiddos arrived 4 years after that. Our oldest is 6.5, our daughter is 3.5, and our youngest is a year and a half.

This Month’s Questions: for Ry the guy behind the blog.

What song best sums you up?

Working for the weekend, I like the Garth Brooks version.

What is your most embarrassing memory?

I once got a nose bleed while talking in front of my entire class giving a briefing on something (I don’t even remember what now).

How did you meet your significant other?

We were in the same church youth group together and we went to help paint her mom’s house; that was the first time we really talked.

Talents aside, what is your dream job?

NFL quarterback. I only need a load of talent and about 4-6″ height.

You have an unlimited budget; what’s your dream Halloween costume/experience?

Top notch Darth Vader costume at Disney.

Do you have any burning Questions about Ry?

A Military Spouse stationed in the middle of nowhere. Emma loves to cook for her family (while dodging dirty dishes). She is blessed to be a stay at home mom with 3 kiddos. She is passionate about cloth diapering, car seat safety, breastfeeding, homeschooling, frugal living, babywearing, and her Christian faith. More Molly Messy than Susie Homemaker, she has been trying to improve her housekeeping and related skills.
