Sure, there’s a lot of hype surrounding the issue, and for most people, it’s a super smart idea.
However, I suck at it. I get to the night’s planned food and bail. For some reason, when someone tells me to do something (even if that someone is me, I do my best to NOT do it.) Sigh.

So what’s a mom to do? I have become the Master Mystery Dinner Mixer; which is to say, I fly by the seat of my pants and make something up almost every night.

Which means, when I go shopping, it’s frustrating. I do have some staples that I try to buy, but then I get into a rut and bored (and call for pizza!)
